Yes. Samba360 is multi-outlet by design — each plan sets how many outlets and users you can add, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Customer payment prompts require a configured business M-Pesa integration and internet access. Subscription payments are separate from the money your customers pay you.
Samba360 separates business workspaces and uses staff permissions to control access to products, sales, customers and accounts.
In your online workspace, open Settings → Store Server and download the guided business setup. Extract the ZIP on your Windows server PC, open Start-Setup.cmd and follow the wizard. Internet is required for initial activation. Other tills connect to that server over the local network.
Store Server supports local trading and selected business workflows. Supported records upload when internet returns, and online product and price changes download to the server. Some changes and integrations still need internet or further setup. Confirm coverage for your business before switching to local operation.
Printer and fiscal connections are configured separately. Check your exact device and service during setup, including a receipt test, before using them for live sales.
